Who is James Archer?
James Archer is a highly experienced Executive in the food supply chain, having managed and distributed fruit to over 12 countries. He has handled the negotiation of major contracts with some of the largest supermarkets and distributors in the world while planning and overseeing global operations.
Having begun his career at a boutique Private Equity firm in London, with a focus on the procurement, expansion and disposal of small-mid-size food retail businesses, James’ career has been entrenched in hard assets and agricultural investments ever since.
James is a member of the Board of Directors of Pina Hills, an exporter of pineapples from Costa Rica to the US and Europe. He also sits as a Board Member and President of Ag Berry Corp, a Controlled Environment Agriculture greenhouse incorporating high tech evaporative cooling and dehumidification systems, for the production of sweet strawberries, in Panama.
James is a visionary for the CEA sector, understanding the importance of developing technology to create a more efficient future for food production while making sure the company’s projects are built on a strong pathway of profitability from inception.
